The hotel has a great location, close to main attractions and facilities like supermarkets and cafes. the staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the room was very clean, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Plus, the excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and Netflix on the TV were a nice touch.

Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times, but it did not significantly affect my overall experience.

The friendly staff was always ready to assist and the clean rooms with comfortable beds and excellent wifi made my business trip more comfortable. The hotel also had a great rooftop pool where I was able to relax after a busy day. Its proximity to important landmarks like the zocalo and the port to Isla Roqueta made it easy for me to navigate and explore the city during my free time.

The room was a bit dark and noisy at night, which affected my sleep quality. , I had to buy my own water glasses and there was no coffee place in the hotel, so I had to head to the nearest café.

I loved staying here! The staff were friendly, always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was excellent. I also appreciated the great location, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to shops and restaurants. I had a fantastic experience.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean rooms with fresh towels and bed linen provided daily. the excellent Wi-Fi connection was perfect for my online work and the hotel's central location made it easy to access stores, restaurants, and the beach, providing a great vibe.

The room lacked proper lighting, which made it difficult to work in the evenings, and the bathroom could not be fully sealed which allowed noise and heat to constantly come in. the hotel could improve by providing more amenities such as adequate hangers and glasses in the room and soundproofing to reduce noise levels.
